- Yamaha XS400: 1977–1982
- This includes standard models (D, E, F, G) and Special/Heritage variants (SG, SH, SJ).
- Note: It typically fits the 2-valve “Standard/Special” engines but is not for the 1982+ DOHC XS400 Maxim or Seca models, which often use part number 12R-15455-00 instead.
